Key Advantages
Stable heating for vaseline, wax, ointment, and other high-viscosity products before filling.
Uniform heat transfer helps reduce local overheating and improves product consistency.
Anchor agitator with scrapers supports even mixing and helps prevent localized scorching.
Mid-range capacity covers pilot, small-batch, and mid-volume production scales.
Sanitary surfaces support cosmetics, pharma, and food-grade formulation requirements.

Typical Applications
Key Components & Detail Features
🌡️ Double-Jacket Heating Structure
Reference: 220L melting kettle has SUS316 stainless steel inner vessel with double-jacket thermal oil heating. 0.55kW stirrer motor + 1:20 reducer, anchor-type stirring paddle, variable frequency speed up to 70 RPM, 1.5-inch manual discharge valve. Atmospheric pressure vessel only (not for pressurization or vacuum).
⚙️ Variable-Speed Anchor Agitator
Anchor-type agitator with PTFE scrapers prevents localized scorching. Variable frequency speed control for different viscosity ranges. Kettle body width ~0.8m for compact integration.
🛡️ SUS316L Contact Path
Product-contact vessel, agitator, and discharge valve in SUS316L stainless steel for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and food-grade formulation compatibility.
🎛️ Temperature Control System
Digital temperature controller with PID regulation. Over-temperature alarm and safety interlock. Reference kettle: 0.55kW stirrer + 380V main supply for typical 50-200L models.
🔌 Application Reference
Used as pre-melt preparation for hot-fill lines handling vaseline, beeswax, ointment bases, cream bases, and other high-viscosity formulations (e.g., 7g vaseline hot-fill at ~40 BPM per project reference).
Frequently Asked Questions
❓ What capacity range does FDZ 113 support?
FDZ 113 supports 50-200L capacity. Reference: 220L variant uses SUS316 inner vessel, 0.55kW stirrer motor with 1:20 reducer, anchor-type paddle, variable frequency up to 70 RPM, 1.5-inch manual discharge valve, atmospheric pressure only. Used for vaseline, beeswax, cream bases, and high-viscosity formulation preparation.
❓ What is the standard lead time?
Standard lead time for new equipment is approximately 60 working days after deposit and design finalization (reference: ATLAS 310 three-line machine). Custom configurations, special tooling, or non-standard voltages may extend the lead time. A detailed production schedule with weekly photo and video updates is provided for every order.
❓ Can this machine be customized to my product, bottle, and cap?
Yes. All INNOPKG machines support custom configuration. Typical customization areas include: filling volume range (e.g., ATLAS 220 ships with 200ml cylinder; 500ml cylinder is an optional kit that expands the range to 100-500ml), bottle diameter / height / neck size (each machine has a defined compatible range — see Specifications), cap chuck diameter (PALLAS chucks cover Ø15-90mm depending on model), and voltage (220V/380V standard, 110V/415V/480V available on request). Our engineering team reviews your samples and product specs and confirms feasibility before quotation.
❓ What voltage and air supply does the machine need?
Standard supply is 220V 50/60Hz or 380V 50Hz 3-phase (varies by model — see Specifications tab). Air supply requirement is 0.4-0.6 MPa clean compressed air for most models; HYDRA 212 and PALLAS 210 require 0.5-0.7 MPa. We specify exact requirements per model in the quotation.
❓ What packaging and shipping terms apply?
Default incoterm is EXW (factory). CIF (named destination port) and DDP (delivered duty paid) are available on request. Equipment is wrapped in protective film, crated in fumigation-free plywood with shock indicators, and includes the operation manual, electrical schematics, and FAT report. Sea freight transit to most major ports is approximately 25-35 days; air freight 5-7 days.
❓ Do you provide installation, training, and commissioning?
Yes. Every machine ships with detailed English operation manual and electrical schematics. Remote commissioning support is available via video call. For on-site installation and commissioning, engineer dispatch is quoted per project (typical scope: 1-2 engineers, 5-10 working days on site, including round-trip economy airfare, local transport, accommodation, and per-diem). Scope and cost are defined in the quotation.
❓ What about after-sales support and spare parts?
Warranty is 12 months from start-up or 18 months from dispatch (whichever comes first), per the default quotation terms. Warranty scope covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Wear parts (seals, gaskets, O-rings, nozzles) are recommended to be stocked by the customer. Spare parts can be ordered at any time; lead time and pricing depend on part availability — please contact our service team with your machine serial number for an accurate quote.
