Default incoterm is EXW (factory). CIF (named destination port) and DDP (delivered duty paid) are available on request. Sea freight transit to most major ports is approximately 25-35 days; air freight 5-7 days.

❓ Do you provide installation, training, and commissioning?

Yes. Every machine ships with detailed English operation manual and electrical schematics. Remote commissioning support is available via video call. For on-site installation and commissioning, engineer dispatch is quoted per project (typical scope: 1-2 engineers, 5-10 working days on site, including round-trip economy airfare, local transport, accommodation, and per-diem). ❓ What about after-sales support and spare parts?

Warranty is 12 months from start-up or 18 months from dispatch (whichever comes first), per the default quotation terms. Warranty scope covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Wear parts (seals, gaskets, O-rings, nozzles) are recommended to be stocked by the customer.
