❓ How is PALLAS 310 different from fixed-position cappers?
PALAS 310 is a tracking-type capping machine (also called follow-type). The cap head moves with the bottle on the conveyor instead of stopping — this enables higher throughput. 4 heads, ~4kW, 380V 50Hz, cap Ø30-Ø90mm.
❓ What is the standard lead time?
Standard lead time for new equipment is approximately 60 dias úteis after deposit and design finalization (reference: ATLAS 310 three-line machine). Custom configurations, special tooling, or non-standard voltages may extend the lead time. A detailed production schedule with weekly photo and video updates is provided for every order.
❓ Can this machine be customized to my product, bottle, and cap?
Sim. All INNOPKG machines support custom configuration. Typical customization areas include: filling volume range (por exemplo, ATLAS 220 ships with 200ml cylinder; 500ml cylinder is an optional kit that expands the range to 100-500ml), bottle diameter / height / neck size (each machine has a defined compatible range — see Specifications), cap chuck diameter (PALLAS chucks cover Ø15-90mm depending on model), e voltage (220V/380V standard, 110V/415V/480V available on request). Our engineering team reviews your samples and product specs and confirms feasibility before quotation.
❓ What voltage and air supply does the machine need?
Standard supply is 220V 50/60Hz or 380V 50Hz 3-phase (varies by model — see Specifications tab). Air supply requirement is 0.4-0.6 MPa clean compressed air for most models; HIDRA 212 e PALAS 210 require 0.5-0.7 MPa. We specify exact requirements per model in the quotation.
❓ What packaging and shipping terms apply?
Default incoterm is EXW (factory). CIF (named destination port) and DDP (delivered duty paid) are available on request. Equipment is wrapped in protective film, crated in fumigation-free plywood with shock indicators, and includes the operation manual, electrical schematics, and FAT report. Sea freight transit to most major ports is approximately 25-35 dias; air freight 5-7 dias.
❓ Do you provide installation, treinamento, and commissioning?
Sim. Every machine ships with detailed English operation manual and electrical schematics. Remote commissioning support is available via video call. For on-site installation and commissioning, engineer dispatch is quoted per project (typical scope: 1-2 engineers, 5-10 working days on site, including round-trip economy airfare, local transport, accommodation, and per-diem). Scope and cost are defined in the quotation.
❓ What about after-sales support and spare parts?
Warranty is 12 months from start-up or 18 months from dispatch (whichever comes first), per the default quotation terms. Warranty scope covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Wear parts (seals, gaskets, O-rings, nozzles) are recommended to be stocked by the customer. Spare parts can be ordered at any time; lead time and pricing depend on part availability — please contact our service team with your machine serial number for an accurate quote.
