Key Advantages
Controlled pneumatic pressure prevents cap damage on pump, trigger, and press-fit closures.
Independent dual lanes increase effective throughput versus single-line press cappers.
Matches mid-volume cosmetics and personal-care production schedules.
Tool-free fixture swap for 8 standard cap types reduces changeover to under 10 minutes.
Designed for non-threaded closures that challenge standard screw cappers.

Typical Applications
Key Components & Detail Features
💨 Pneumatic Press-Fit Mechanism
MAIA 220 is a dual-line automatic press capping machine for inner-stopper insertion and pump-head snap-fit closures. Throughput 60-100 BPM per project reference. Air pressure 0.5-0.7 MPa; air consumption 0.2 m³/min.
🎚️ Dual Pressure Regulators (FESTO)
Independent pneumatic pressure regulation per lane via FESTO regulators. Adjustable force accommodates pump, trigger, and press-fit caps without damage.
🔧 POM Press Head (Standard)
Standard press head material: POM (Polyoxymethylene) — high strength, rigidity, low friction, and wear resistance. Dimensions 420×520×1400mm, weight 80kg.
🛡️ SUS304 Stainless Steel Frame
SUS304 stainless steel industrial frame for continuous operation. Compatible with conveyor hand-off and inline inspection systems.
🔌 Optional MAIA 230 Upgrade
MAIA 230 includes integrated cap elevator + cap feeder + press capper for fully automatic inner-stopper and pump-head capping. Capable of press-fit + inner-stopper + outer-cap multi-stage operation.
Frequently Asked Questions
❓ What is the throughput of MAIA 220?
MAIA 220 is a dual-line automatic press capper with 60-100 BPM throughput (per project reference). Air pressure 0.5-0.7 MPa, air consumption 0.2 m³/min. Dimensions 420×520×1400mm, weight 80kg. Press head material: POM.
❓ What is the difference between MAIA 220 and MAIA 230?
MAIA 220 is the standalone press capper. MAIA 230 is the integrated version with cap elevator + cap feeder + press capper, supporting fully automatic inner-stopper / pump-head snap-fit capping.
❓ What is the standard lead time?
Standard lead time for new equipment is approximately 60 working days after deposit and design finalization (reference: ATLAS 310 three-line machine). Custom configurations, special tooling, or non-standard voltages may extend the lead time. A detailed production schedule with weekly photo and video updates is provided for every order.
❓ Can this machine be customized to my product, bottle, and cap?
Yes. All INNOPKG machines support custom configuration. Typical customization areas include: filling volume range (e.g., ATLAS 220 ships with 200ml cylinder; 500ml cylinder is an optional kit that expands the range to 100-500ml), bottle diameter / height / neck size (each machine has a defined compatible range — see Specifications), cap chuck diameter (PALLAS chucks cover Ø15-90mm depending on model), and voltage (220V/380V standard, 110V/415V/480V available on request). Our engineering team reviews your samples and product specs and confirms feasibility before quotation.
❓ What voltage and air supply does the machine need?
Standard supply is 220V 50/60Hz or 380V 50Hz 3-phase (varies by model — see Specifications tab). Air supply requirement is 0.4-0.6 MPa clean compressed air for most models; HYDRA 212 and PALLAS 210 require 0.5-0.7 MPa. We specify exact requirements per model in the quotation.
❓ What packaging and shipping terms apply?
Default incoterm is EXW (factory). CIF (named destination port) and DDP (delivered duty paid) are available on request. Equipment is wrapped in protective film, crated in fumigation-free plywood with shock indicators, and includes the operation manual, electrical schematics, and FAT report. Sea freight transit to most major ports is approximately 25-35 days; air freight 5-7 days.
❓ Do you provide installation, training, and commissioning?
Yes. Every machine ships with detailed English operation manual and electrical schematics. Remote commissioning support is available via video call. For on-site installation and commissioning, engineer dispatch is quoted per project (typical scope: 1-2 engineers, 5-10 working days on site, including round-trip economy airfare, local transport, accommodation, and per-diem). Scope and cost are defined in the quotation.
❓ What about after-sales support and spare parts?
Warranty is 12 months from start-up or 18 months from dispatch (whichever comes first), per the default quotation terms. Warranty scope covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Wear parts (seals, gaskets, O-rings, nozzles) are recommended to be stocked by the customer. Spare parts can be ordered at any time; lead time and pricing depend on part availability — please contact our service team with your machine serial number for an accurate quote.
